Speed skaters headed to Long Track Championship

Dawson Creek speed skaters Dakotah Ruel and Bryn Hallam will be headed to Winnipeg for the 2019 Canadian Age Class Long Track Championships this February.

They represented the Dawson Creek Speed Skating club at the BC Long Track Championships in Fort St. John earlier this month, along with Naomi Anderson, Gabby McGillvary, Kianna Sherk, Joao Wetherill, and Michael Ryder.

Dakotah Ruel came second in his category and Bryn Hallam placed fourth in her category. We wish them them good luck at the upcoming national competition!
