Regina Pats acquire DC defenceman Tyson Feist

Dawson Creek defenceman Tyson Feist will continue his WHL career in Canada.

Beginning his major junior career in the US with the Spokane Chiefs, Feist was traded from the Chiefs to the Regina Pats last Thursday for draft picks.

Feist, born in 2001, started his WHL career last season, playing eight games with the Chiefs, splitting time with Spokane’s KIJHL team, the Braves.

Prior to the trade, Feist, a 6’3 defenceman, suited up for 25 games with the Chiefs in the 2018/19 season, notching five assists.

Since joing the Pats, Feist has played four games and has one assist.
