Nordic ski youth program begins on Jan 4

If you are looking to get some ski hours in – the Bear Mountain Nordic ski youth program fires up in early 2020.

Lessons are on Saturdays and are for kids aged 3-8 years, with Bunnies (ages 3-5) 1:30-2:30pm

and Jackrabbits (ages 6-8) 1:30-3:30pm. Each participant will receive a set of skis and boots to use for the season

The BMNSA also has a Youth Program for children 3 years to 14 years old.

The program has increased to 40 youth and the curriculum has been expanded to include skate skiing techniques for the advanced skiers. Assistant Coaches are also certified as National Certified Coaches through the Coaching Association of Canada and Cross Country Canada.
