CFL players educate youth in Mile Zero

Saturday Mile Zero was host to the CFL, in a camp helping 44 attending students.

Former Edmonton Eskimos Adarius Bowman and Odell Willis were pros on health and fitness and many aspects of sports Saturday at a basketball camp hosted at Ron Pettigrew School.

The pair had the group of students with resistance bands in morning strength conditioning and hoped students would dig deep and work on core fundamentals to help achieve success through any sport students enjoy. 

Expect to see more clinics that include soccer, volleyball and football.
