PCBFA hosts on-farm alternative energy workshop

On Thursday October 23 and 24 the Peace Country Beef & Forage Association (PCBFA) hosted a On-Farm alternative energy workshop at the Gordondale Community Hall. 

Presenters included Wayne Danielson of Danielson’s Refrigeration Ltd., who shared his experiences with geothermal heating in various applications.

Sam Glauser of N.A.P.S. Solar Store shared his experiences building and living with off-grid and grid-tied solar power applications. 

PCBFA also covered the various grant funding available to Alberta producers for off grid watering systems and energy efficiency.
