More than 40 Conuma employees recently boarded a plane and flew to Bolivia – they were there to help 73 children in two orphanages.

Conuma Coal Resources Ltd. employees helped construct projects, learn new life skills and helped kids build their confidence.  Employees brought clothes, shoes, toys, and other items.

“The response has been overwhelming – not only from our employees but our local communities who have also joined in by sponsoring a child – it is awesome to see the gift of love shared across borders,” says Mark Bartkoski – Conuma President.

“Our team’s hard work to build security is not only a benefit to their families, but a legacy of paying it forward is developed.”

Conuma recently reached its two year anniversary and now employs more than 800 people and have three projects in northern BC.
