Michetti has owned the business since 2008, and A&D has been rocking and rolling for 31 years in Mile Zero.

“It was the first name in the phone book, so I kept it.”

The location started across from Aspol, moved to Bings, then into Co-op mall in 2012. In 2015 they moved to their Co-op mall location where the business is in now.

Leggett says the main goal is transition.

“We think it is a good idea to get things in place now - and the good work we are doing in the village works in the real world too,” he says.

The business will keeping doing what it does best - bookkeeping, taxes, accounting, and more. Working with people on private and business financial planning.

“We will be bringing retirement planning for clients as well.  I specialized in retirement planning in the Shuswap for many years and I’m looking forward to offering that service to the Peace Region”

He says that is the part of financial planning that is the most rewarding.

“Seeing people realize they simply have to stick to a plan for retirement is a great reward.”

Lorraine, Chris, Wilma and the girls would like to thank Mile Zero continued business and new ones who have come on board.
