The younger you are, the more failure you expect. And less care you do of what people will think. In fact, the best thing is you are attempting to learn those things that you have not learned or accomplished before. So they should get a ‘toddler status.’ It is not about you. It is not that you are a loser. It is not that you are not trying hard. As Rachel Hollis says that it is not that you are not enough to cross the finish line; it is just you have not figured out how to run this particular race yet. Stop being hard on yourself and comparing yourself with someone’s wins. Stop comparing your beginning with their middles. All you can do is focus on what is under your control and work hard on that on any stage or season of your life. Stop being emotional but be factual. Someone else’s opinion of how you are doing, the way you are doing or what you are doing is none of your business. They are not part of your journey. You are a master of your game. The most matter is what you think of you. It means no one is going to give to you. You must be willing to work hard for it, whatever it is, or whatever you want. But you can know it can be yours putting it all the effort and going extra miles.
It is a catch-22. Work-life balance is a myth. Work and personal life always struggle with each other for a time. Because you need to give your 120 percent full attention to something to be successful, it is not a matter of right or wrong, or black and white. It is how life works. It is a lifelong process. The scale is never in balance. The pendulum continuously moves back and forth. The most crucial part is that you must be on peace with yourself all the time during this struggle. You are known by your goals does not matter you achieve them or not, but you got the willingness to admit to those things and asking for help. Surround yourself with people who are ten years ahead of you in the same areas you want to improve. Failure is part of life, and life means you are living. It means you are genuinely trying. It means you have dreams. Let people watch you fail. Dust yourself and again and again, keep going. Be patient with the time because time will pass does not matter what. In the end, it is how your train your mind and thoughts.
