For many years there has been livestock mutilations occurring within the peace region that include cattle and horses.

The mutilations have many similarities where animals are either shot with a firearm or with a bow, having their sex organs and other parts that have been removed purposely leaving the carcass intact leaving a perplexing scene.

Recently Fort St. John RCMP have released information where a bull in the Cecil lake area was found with missing sex organs and tattooed ear occurring on September 21. If this occurs in your area please call the RCMP and report any suspicious activity.

Call a vet within 24hrs of death for autopsy. Up your security with trail cameras etc. as best as you can and watch out for you and your neighbors livestock!
