Kodiaks lost to Vipers, 2-1

The Dawson Creek Hodiaks were at home for the second straight night, September 25, to host the Sexsmith Vipers. It was once again a very close, tight game, but the Kodiaks came up short, 2-1, to fall to 0-2 on the season.

The Dawson Creek Hodiaks were at home for the second straight night, September 25, to host the Sexsmith Vipers. It was once again a very close, tight game, but the Kodiaks came up short, 2-1, to fall to 0-2 on the season. 

Only one goal was scored each period. Kodiaks captain Brandon Rowley scored the first goal of the game, but the team was shut out the rest of the way. 

Kaden Ekstrom got his first start in net on the season and was terrific, stopping 34 of 36 shots.
