Rodeo week is here – time for the 99th Dawson Creek Exhibition. 

Chuckwagon races Wednesday through Sunday, the $30,000 dash for cash, the all-pro chuckwagon races, the kids wild horse races and calf scramble and more.

Don't forget fireworks launch each night, Rodeo Royalty appearances, a Friday morning parade through Mile Zero, the Race Against Hunger, Co-op breakfast Saturday, the agriculture fair, as well as Watering Hole music and libations.

Don’t forget to wear pink on Friday as a fundraiser for breast cancer, and the Gospel Festival Sunday 9am to noon.

Organizers are recommending tickets be purchased online to avoid gate congestion. “We do not require proof of vaccination but we have a clinic on site Friday and Saturday for those wishing to get it,” note organizers.

Don’t forget the This year’s Rising Star Contest will take place in the Waterin’ Hole which is open to all ages for the duration of this event. Rising Star Talent Show Run Offs go Friday, August 13, 2021 at noon, while Talent Show Final go at noon on Saturday.
