Dawson Creek and Tumbler Ridge RCMP are looking for a pair of fugitives suspected of a Dawson Creek theft.

While police have been silent with statements or on social media – residents in Tumbler Ridge and between the District and Dawson Creek have been keeping the public updated and the fugitives on the move.

Administrators on a handful of social media pages are keeping people up to date with what they are seeing over the last 18 hours or so.

“Those 2 people that the police are looking for were on the highway near the hourglass @ 4 this morning,” noted one on a Tumbler Ridge related site Wednesday morning.
