Updated Peace region vaccination numbers released

Northern Health has updated their vaccination statistics for the area.

In Dawson Creek, there are 8,860 of 13,519 residents who had received their first dose (66%), while 7,422 residents had received a second dose (55%).

There are 2,070 of 3,303 Chetwynd residents who had received their first dose (63%), while 1,642 residents had received a second dose (50%).

Tumbler Ridge sees 1,439 of 2,074 residents who had received their first dose (69%), while 1,217 residents had received a second dose (59%).

Fort Nelson has 2,429 of 3,606 residents who had received their first dose (67%), while 2,009 residents had received a second dose (56%).

Fort St. John sees 72% with a first dose, and 59% for second doses.

In rural areas of the North Peace, there were 4,070 of 8,370 residents who had received a first dose (49%), while 3,354 have received a second dose (40%).

In rural areas of the South Peace, 2,983 of 5,552 residents had received a first dose (54%), while 2,505 had received a second dose (45%).

In rural areas of the Northern Boreal, 355 of 678 residents had received a first dose (52%), while 306 had received a second dose (45%).
