Dawson Creek Elks and Royal Purple help out hearing in children

The Elks & Royal Purple Fund for Children was established for the organization to help complement local charity and fundraising efforts. One of the main focuses of the Elks and Royal Purple is speech and hearing in children and youth.

Local Dawson Creek Elks and Royal Purple members recently donated $4,000 to the Voss Family for speech therapy for young Dawson Creek resident Idabel Voss. 

“The Elks and Royal Purple fund for children helps fund medical expenses for children with special needs in speech and hearing,” said Becotte.

“Speech and hearing on priority needs for children,” added Hunter.

The Elks & Royal Purple Fund for Children provides Financial Assistance for medical needs of children with hearing and speech disorders under the age of 19.
