The Dawson Co-op is selling “BEE Kind” hoodies to support anti-bullying initiatives and encourage acts of kindness.

Proceeds from the hoodies will be donated to local mental health and wellness initiatives.

Dawson Co-op Marketing Coordinator Amber Donovan says that the program and initiative is all home-grown.

“Creating awareness to help stop bullying and encourage acts of kindness aligns with the Dawson Co-op ICARE values (Integrity-Community-Accountability-Responsibility-Excellence). Being able to donate proceeds from the hoodie sales is a stylish way to bring awareness to the campaign. This is our first year launching the BEE Kind campaign. We are excited to see how it is received by the community and hopefully the campaign grows year after year!”

Hoodies of various colours (Red, Black, Pink) and sizes (s-xl) went on sale this week at the Dawson Co-op Food Store, Gas bar, and Home Centre. Hoodies are in limited supply so make sure to pick up yours today!
