Fort St. John

• Amoz Donald Abel Bazinet (born 1979) was sentenced to time served and given one year probation for assault with a weapon, committed in Fort St. John in May 2019.

• Michael Kimberly Scott (born 1980) was fined $2000 and issued a one-year criminal driving ban for impaired driving over the legal 80-point blood alcohol concentration limit, committed in Fort St. John in November 2019.

• Bree Alexandria Tremblay (born 1999) was fined $500, issued a one-year driving prohibition, and ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited in Pineview in January 2020.

Dawson Creek

• James Arthur Hollingshead (born 1981) was fined $1000 and issued a one-year criminal driving ban for impaired driving, and fined $500 and ordered to pay a $225 victim surcharge for fleeing from police, both committed in Dawson Creek in June 2019.

• Joseph William Wason (born 1990) was sentenced to three days jail, issued a two-year criminal driving ban, and ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code, committed in Dawson Creek in January 2021. • Brandon Gerard Blanchard (born 1990) was sentenced to time served, given one year probation, and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge for breach of undertaking in Chetwynd in March 2020. Blanchard was sentenced to time served, given one year probation, and ordered to pay a $100 victim surcharge on two counts of breaching a release order in Chetwynd in April 2020.

• David Richard MacDonald (born 1959) was fined $550 and ordered to pay a $82.50 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited in Dawson Creek in June 2019.

• Kyle Tanner Hackworth (born 1985) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage, committed in Dawson Creek in October 2020.

• Laurie Ann Strong (born 1983) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage, committed in Dawson Creek in May 2020.
