At first it looked like no one was making Destiny’s eighth birthday party.
Turns out the Fire Chief, a mayor, Search & Rescue, and all kinds of classic cruise cars, and more made it an eighth to remember.
“I put the call out this morning on social media,” said family friend Dan Bradshaw.
It wasn’t long before Ed Mah saw the post and the power of community - and classic cars - kicked in.
“I held back all afternoon telling her about this,” said mom Carly Babkirk as it appeared plans were coming together.
“A pretty good way to celebrate turning eight.”
