No experience is necessary to take part in an upcoming choral intensive workshop – with proceeds to fund a SD59 scholarship.
Youths aged 10 to 15 and adults can sign up for the workshops, with a concert slated for Feb. 26 and Unchagah Hall.
All proceeds from the workshops will go to the Jackie Da Ros Award for Resilience and Academic Rigour.
The annual award is given to contribute to the cost of post secondary education for a deserving graduates student from Dawson Creek Secondary School who shows resilience, rigour, and a dedication to academics no matter what obstacles they face. The sessions go Feb. 14 to 26.
