The Big Chill Music Fest this March is designed to wave goodbye to winter and heat up the stage with some of the hottest musical acts in the Peace Region on March 18 at the Encana Events Centre.

Scarlet Sway, Lorissa Scriven, Shake Appeal, Folky Strum Strum, The Mechanical Botanicals, The Boreal, This is the Silence, as well as Morgan McGowan & Cover Me and more are all expected to take the stage.

The lineup for the event was created from an overwhelming number of expressions of interest received, said Spectra’s Judy Kucharuk, Special Events Manager with Encana.

“The talent in the region is second to none making the decisions very difficult. We have done our best to create a lineup of artists from different musical genre and with varying levels of experience,” said Kucharuk.

“This is their opportunity to invite fans, friends and family to come and see them at their very best!”

Musicians and bands will play throughout the evening, back to back with acoustic music artists which means no stopping the music for at least four hours straight!

Tickets may be purchased online at www.tigerboxofficeplus.ca by phone at 1-877-339-8499.
