“Each year, World Water Day highlights a specific aspect of freshwater and this year’s theme is ‘Nature for Water,’” said Mayor Dale Bumstead. “The City of Dawson Creek is inviting the community to participate in upcoming events and encourages all residents in and around the surrounding community to show the world they care by conserving water.”

A “Get to know your H20” colouring contest runs until March 22. A copy of the colouring sheet can be found at the “Dawson Creek’s Water & Environmental Dept.” Facebook page or at City Hall.
