New display at Pioneer Village

There’s a new exhibit at the Walter Wright Pioneer Village — a water and grain display.

Thanks to a $10,000 grant by Peavey Mart and $5,000 from the BC Grain Producers Assoication, a windmill powered water pump and two houses of old grain equipment, grain, and photographs are on display.

“The money was a very big help for the whole thing to put it together,” says South Peace Historical Society president Stu Flinn.
