Bumstead and Hiebert arrested, remain in custody

Four have been arrested by Dawson Creek RCMP after investigation of a robbery in the Tomslake area.

On Sunday, September 22, the detachment received a report of a stolen vehicle in the area. Upon attendance, officers located an UTV, placing the occupants under arrest.

Upon further investigation, officers discovered evidence connecting the suspects to two other stolen vehicles as well as a stolen trailer, which were all located nearby.

RCMP say they have linked suspects in connection to several other property and vehicle thefts throughout the Peace region.

Ryan Bumstead (25), Chelbi Hiebert (28), Hayden Raposo (28) and Lyric Grey (21) have been charged with multiple property and vehicle theft related offences. All four remain in police custody.
