Sentences and fines handed out in provincial courts July 13 to 17, 2020:

Fort St John

• Justin Dean Collins (born 1982) was sentenced to zero days for assault and theft $5,000 or under, both committed in Fort St. John in October 2019. Collins was issued a six-month conditional sentence for two counts of possessing stolen property, also committed in Fort St. John in October 2019. Collins was sentenced to zero days for third charge of theft $5,000 or under, also committed in Fort St. John in October 2019.

• Wayne Bradley Pizzey (born 1968) was ordered to pay $898.76 in restitution and issued a one-year probation order for theft $5,000 or under, committed in Fort St. John in August 2017.

• Allison Audrey Morrison (born 1986) was granted a conditional discharge and issued an 18-month probation order for assaulting a peace officer, committed in Fort St. John in February 2019.

• Morgan Dawn Harris (born 1996) was issued a 12-month $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage, committed in Fort St. John in November 2019.

• Jocelyn Rose Goddard (born 1995) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond for assault, committed in Fort St. John in May 2019.

• Dusty Wayne Johnson (born 1963) was issued a nine-month recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage to property, committed in Charlie Lake in August 2019.

• Darren Clayton Tiechroeb (born 1981) was issued a three-month conditional sentence, a one-year probation order, and handed a 10-year mandatory firearms ban for failing to report the loss or theft of a firearm, committed in Charlie Lake in May 2018.

• Russell David MacLennan (born 1976) was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay a $150 victim surcharge for driving without reasonable consideration, committed in Fort St. John in March 2019.

• Travis Leigh Briscoe (born 1994) was fined $500, issued a one-year probation order, and assessed a $75 victim surcharge for driving without due care and attention, committed in Wonowon in September 2018.

• Jonathan Romeo McLellan (born 1982) was fined $250, issued an 18-month driving prohibition, and ordered to pay a $37.50 victim surcharge for driving without reasonable consideration, committed in Fort St. John in June 2019. McClellan was further fined $250 and ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for resisting or obstructing a peace officer.

• David Owen Crook (born 1961) was fined $500, handed a one-year driving ban, and ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for driving without due care and consideration, and fined $500 and ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited, both committed in Fort St. John in July 2019.

• Brandon Eric Robichaud (born 1995) was fined $500 and ordered to pay a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited, committed in Fort St. John in August 2017.

Dawson Creek

• Shaquille Raeshaun Yussuf (born 1993) was sentenced to time served for two charges of possession of a controlled substance, committed in Dawson Creek in January 2016.

• Allan Patrick Taylor (born 1977) was issued a suspended sentence with an 18-month probation order for two charges of possession of a controlled substance, committed in Dawson Creek in May 2019.

• Lucas Ralph Wellard (born 1980) was sentenced to time served for two counts of breach of probation and breach of a release order, committed in Dawson Creek in June.
