Jen Jenkins reveals favourite foods ahead of tonight's MasterChef Canada

When she talked to the Dawson Creek Mirror last week, MasterChef Canada contestant and DC local Jen Jenkins revealed her favourite food, a surprising one for a chef — packaged ramen.

“Honestly, my guilty pleasure is like ramen noodles, but I don’t make those, they’re packaged brand and they’re like the worst addiction I’ve ever had. They’re so good," she reveals.

What would she actually cook for herself?

"I love making soup. I like making a full, big pot of soup, any kind. I like boiling down chicken and making my own stock, and cutting up the vegetables and letting it cook all day, and trying new soups. Soup is comfortable, it’s filling, it’s delicious."

Jen Jenkins will look to make the cut and be one of the final nine contestants on tonight's episode of MasterChef Canada, and remain in the hunt for the $100,000 prize and title of MasterChef Canada.
